We bought our KolKol / 4EVR plastics wood fired hot tub from this team. A year later a minor leak was detected and I reached out to the company. George and the team attended to the issue and resolved it with the exceeding professionalism.
We had a tight deadline (far shorter than their standard turn-around time) and after a material supply complication George (the owner) went the extra mile to meet my deadline. We (Thompson's Plumbing) make use of their products regularly and can highly recommend.
We had 2 Ecogator tanks installed in 2017, and when the bracket came off the one due to a strong southeaster in 2022, they came to replace the bracket and tap for free.Superb After Sales Service.Thank you.
