Good sound shop around Joburg. Always getting a good service from Mubarak. Very efficient service. I just love the sound shop it has quality instruments.
Poor customer service. So-called owners or managers must learn to let staff give undisturbed and undisrupted service once they are involved with customers. Not an iota of attention is given to paying customers' safety, from inside the store and up to loading their vehicles, especially after a big purchase.
I was anxious to order online with A1 because I did not know them, but i received the most exceptional service from Faisal Patel. He was helpful, fast and efficient, and made the experience really good from beginning to end. I am very happy ???? …
