You have to wait over 60min just to see a customer service agent. I went to the bank to ask if my card had been delivered, was told by the front desk lady she would go check and after 30min she hasn't moved. She went on lunch and didn't bother to check.
Miserable, unpleasant and unfriendly service. Incompetent employees. Unwilling to help long time clients. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
