My experience at Absa Vryburg Bank was extremely disappointing. My mother went to this branch to open a business account and the business consultant promised to capture the necessary documents and contact her. However, it has been 2 months of waiting and constant calling with no response. The consultant seems unprofessional and unreliable. This branch seems understaffed and unable to handle the workload. I would not recommend banking with them.
I have tried contacting Absa Vryburg Bank numerous times but I can never get hold of anyone. The phone just keeps ringing and nobody answers. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expect better customer service from a bank.
