BE AWARE - This organisation is a bunch of thieves. They billed us 100% for a job which had to be paid up front and then never returned to supply and fit the parts ordered. They just disappeared with our money and then stopped taking our calls.
Please be careful if you call out this company for assistance. They are unreliable and dishonest. I had an issue with my fridge from 3 weeks ago and to date they have not resolved the issue. The fridge required a replacement of a sensor and …
Put new pump in, still not working. No answer from the company or the driver they sent to repair the unit from Tropical Appliance. Run people Run.
