We are sorry to post that we at SS Sandblasting in KZN also have very bad after service from Active Air, we bought a 45kw compressor from them in Dec 2021 for R70000. 00, it worked well for 3 months, the technitions came to fix it in April …
Had the baddest experience with Active Air as a result of no Service rendered for a 15kw Atlas Compressor bought on 25/08/21 for R45 000-00 and up till today is the Compressor not in working condition.... Telephone call, W/apps with no response..... Will never ever support them again..
