Sent a email a week ago regarding a quote on new tools i need to replace. Gave a list and even product code of certain items that might confuse them. Its over R10K spending value but no feedback, no quote...nothing. Looks like they dont need the business. For service and feedback I give them a 2 star.
Service was okay. A lot of staff on the floor to offer assistance and when I told the one gentlemen what I was looking for he seemed to be willing to assist at rather an below average pace. Upon selecting my product it was stocked on the top shelf which was another delay. All in all 35 mins for a simple product felt alittle long.
