0 sense of urgency here. Bottle exchange is quick outside but had to wait all of 20min just to pay. Reason for waiting? No courtesy of being told.
Service is atrocious. Staff not helpful, slow, no product knowledge. I was enquiring about pricing and information about a mig welder and was shown a argon gas welding kit....
