Huge disappointment as to the poor after sales service support from Brendon and his team. "Ghosting" a repeat customer in need, is highly unprofessional. Not able to provide timely support to a faulty (in warranty, recently serviced) …
Great service from Brendon and Aircon Draft. After contacting them, they were quick to respond and within a day, I had a new aircon unit neatly and professionally installed. They also did a great job servicing my other aircon units and getting them ready for summer.
