No professionalism at all! The lady is rude as hell!!! She acts as if she's doing you a favour! I am disgusted. So many people have complained about her I should have known then! Terrible service!
The most awful experience with this people...the lady has the worst attitude and behaves like she does this for free..we waited from half 8 in the morning for the stuff we hired and it only arrived at half 2 that day. They get there and start having attitude...pathetic is not even the word for what we experienced. Never again !
