We thought we had found a wonderful property, and at first sight it looked great. But after consulting with AKZI, we found there were a number of problems we were not aware of. They were thorough in their inspection and pointed out issues with the foundation and roof that would have been costly to repair. We decided not to proceed with the purchase thanks to their expertise.
