We cycled through Alexandra Heritage Centre on 7th Ave Hofmeyer 10/06/2023. The people we met there were friendly. One gentleman who works there by selling local art was nice enough to make me tea. We received warm vibes from the locals as well.
Great place, with great history and the people are welcoming
It's a chilled place and a safe like environment. We got to see the locals anc interact with the kids,sadly 10 year olds shared their drinking(alcohol) journeys/stories. That hit home but all in all it's a home to many and also learnt that our very own Madiba stayed there(no,It's not ignorance,I lacked knowledge).
