I have been waiting 2 weeks for my claim payment and I was told it would clear today and nothing has happend. Nobody will call you back and no feed back has been given at any stage! Very upset and annoyed!
The service is pathetic, my aunt has been trying to get ahold of a consultant for months now and there has been no feedback. Absolutely pathetic. Definitely would never recommend this ridiculous service
