The customer service was amazing, the lady at the front was very nice and helpful. The man who did my piercing was straightforward, made the experience as quick as possible ergo as painless as possible. Loved it.

Lady kept telling us that they know what they are doing. The piercings turned out crooked and they had to redo the nose piercing. It was a frustrating experience overall.
