Phoned twice this morning, the phone rung forever second time a guy took my husband's name and phone number and said he will phone back. 4 hrs later still no phone call!! I call it very bad service???? …
Staff have clear knowledge on what their doing. They take their time with each individual in the shop and I didn't feel out of place. The minute I entered I felt welcomed which is why I drive from Richard's Bay to Pinetown to buy my 4x4 and trailer accessories... Keep it up.
