I am being harrassed by Alliance for a Vodacom account that is not mine. I have called them to advise them that it is a wrong number but they still send me messages and all. Communicating with them via their WhatsApp line is total waste of time.
My account was handed over to them. They said I should grant them access to debit the outstanding amount. Which I did. The debit order went through on the 25th of April. Even today my account still shows I have an outstanding balance. I have tried calling and emailing them. With no success nci nci ???? …
They work with Blue label connect, I have paid up my blue label connect account trough them, on the 2nd July they gave me a paid up letter but nothing has been done to remove the account from my credit record, it still shows as active and …

They take too long to respond to customers' concerns. It's frustrating.
The call center agents are rude and unhelpful. They do not listen to customer complaints.
I had to wait for over 30 minutes on the phone to speak to a customer service representative. This is unacceptable.
The company does not provide any facilities or amenities to make the call center experience more pleasant.
The quality of their services is below average. They do not deliver on what they promise.
