Had a lovely experience doing my bloods at Ampath Life Fourways. The staff were so friendly and the lady was so sweet to me who helped me. And it was super quick.
Such bad service. Receptionist too busy talking to each other to help customers. I sat waiting for 15 minutes only to be then told I can't get seen to now. Rudely too... Let me add they were empty I was the only one there... Nice job Ampath.
As a Registered Nurse myself and my colleagues always suffer at the hands of one of the nurses at Ampath who does Covid test for Steyn City, she is really horrible at it, very inconsiderate, just makes us suffer every time she runs a swab down one’s nostril, I wouldn’t recommend anyone tested by her, Nurse Paola or something ???????? …
