Terribly rude staff today. We were awaiting an email from the doctor and one of the staff chipped in from another room that, "We would have been done by now if you just did it telephonically!" I'm sure we would have, but this is no way to speak to patients in need of help.

The laboratory clerk was rude and unhelpful. They didn't communicate properly and it caused a delay in getting our results.
