I had my bloodtests done on 6 Feb at your rooms at Pta East Hospital I clearly requested the sister on duty not to repeat the kidney function test as it was done earlier at another lab in January. Against my wish the kidney function test was done. I therefore will not make use of your lab in future
Horrible service. Took 30 minutes to take one blood test. The test itself was painful unnecessarily. Never again.
