Today I was greeted by the best staff to be on shift. They greet you as you walk in (that's a rare find these days). I was assisted by Sister Lerato and man is she not friendly. I did not even feel the needle the way she kept me …
Found 2 ladies on the shift, the one assisting was very rude & the colleague seemed to be entertained by her behaviour.
Went in for blood tests. Sister "my name means happiness" took blood. Gentle hands. Found the vein first time and did not hurt me. Friendly service. In and out in less than half an hour.
