This company has so much promise but zero customer service. We are currently at their mercy. They left with our TV last week Wednesday assuring me that they would see me Thursday with my TV fixed. Thursday, after numerous calls and messages, they finally answered 8 pm to say a spare part had to be ordered. No empathy or apology.
