After more than two months, with the part ordered incorrectly twice on a three year old Defy washing machine - just a small button needs replacing - Applique Appliances can't help! All fair and well, but now I'm not able to get my money back for a part which they couldn't even get right in the first place!
WARNING ⚠️???? Do not use Applique Appliances for any repair service. We had a call out to our fridge that wasn't cooling. Not only did the technician know very little about the fridge but he was unprofessional. He charged us for his visit and then tried to sell us a new fridge. We ended up calling a different company who fixed it on the first try and didn't try to rip us off.
My washing machine is only 1 year and 9 months old with a 5 year extended warranty has been back to Applique Appliances 3 times already. Today they delivered by machine again, with promises to check that the machine is connected correctly as they cannot find any other issues. Well, they delivered it connected to the wrong water supply and almost flooded my laundry room. Absolutely incompetent!
