I'm so disappointed with online shopping return and refund processes and procedures. I had to drive 100+KM to return a product I was not happy about only to be told when I arrive that my refund will be refunded 7 days later ???? …
I just had a major operation and the staff were wonderful including car guard in assisting me by carrying things and allowing me to not stand in queue. Thank you so much. Quality always excellent.
