They were helpful from the start and came out to inspect and give me a quote on the same day. They provided a detailed explanation of the problem and the recommended solution. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the team cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied with their service.
I had a terrible experience with this company. I called to get a quote for waterproofing my roof and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to explain the problem multiple times and was given different information each time. When the technician finally came out to do the assessment, he was rude and dismissive. He didn't take the time to explain the issues with my roof and just gave me a vague quote. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
