Terrible experience with Asili Debt collecting. They were extremely rude and aggressive. It felt like they were bullying me into paying my debt immediately. They showed no empathy towards my situation and did not listen to my concerns. When I tried to explain my side of the story, the agent simply put the phone down on me. This is unacceptable behavior for a debt collecting company and shows a complete lack of professionalism.
