Atlantic Laundry reviews
Really bad. They damaged our suits the last time and we were dumb enough to go back there. This time they seemed to have lost our suits. They then stopped responding to us. Only got our stuff about 2 weeks later. They never let us know so we had to go in. Still charged over R600. Not even an apology. Never going back...
Just got no service from them, my clothes I gave in the 5 December 2022 for fixing was untouched 23 January 2023 when I came to pick it up finally thinking that it would be done after coming up and down and being told Come back next week …
Since I’ve been in Cape Town, I don’t trust anyone with my laundry the same as Atlantic! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences and fresh clothes (: Carmen has been especially kind and helpful with any concerns or questions I’ve had. Thank you to the team here for your good energy!
