Their policy of deposit is extremely unfair. Even if you deliver the trailer in time, if you don't collect the deposit within 24 hours, you lose the deposit. No real reason is provided for this policy, other than the boss's order. The lady is very nice, though. The policy is extremely bad.
Been using them for years, new old lady working there now, terrible service from her and she is staining Atlantic reputation.
