A tale of 2 cities... Winshield broke in East London on Thursday, but we were leaving for Durban the next day. We went to the physical shop to inspect the windshield to see if it was safe to drive that far. Their Google maps location was frustrating because it kept leading us to residential areas. We eventually found it after driving around for a while. The staff were friendly and checked the windshield for safety. They advised us to replace it before going on such a long trip but assured us that it would be fine to drive back to Durban and get it replaced there if needed. They didn't have the right windshield in stock so we drove to Durban with a slightly cracked windshield. Thankfully, it held up during the journey but we had to get it replaced as soon as we got there. The experience of trying to find the shop and the inconvenience of not having the windshield replaced on the spot definitely affected our overall impression of Autoboys Glass East London.
