Terrible terrible experience at the car wash. I used to be a regular customer at the car wash and thought it would be a good idea to send my car for a valet and polish. Unfortunately, instead of picking up my car looking like new, I got it back with scratches all over. And to make matters worse, the staff didn't even apologize or offer any compensation. I will never go back again.
Not a good idea to go there month end. It was so packed that Spur had a waiting list just to be seated. The car wash itself was crowded and the staff seemed overwhelmed. I had to wait for over an hour just to get my car washed. Not worth the time and money.
