Visited to buy waterpump pliers. On entry there was no sales staff at the counters. One then pitched up and assisted me. I am very happy with the price and quality of the product purchased which has a lifetime guarantee at half the price Buco sold waterpump pliers for and their product did not gave a lifestime guarantee
