Worst service ever. Rented a luxury vechile, waited forever to be assisted. Won’t rent from here again… We had two flat tires, sos in bmw was useless and also avis roadside assistance… Took us 45 min to get clarity and once found took another 20min to get to us…
I am seriously horrified at the people you have working with your VIPs. Rude and ill-mannered. Wont suggest Avis to anyone nor come back. wish I could give no stars.
