Terrible service from Avis Menlyn. They did not arrive on time to drop the car off, I needed to wait for the driver. And then the driver brought a payment terminal that does not work so I needed to dive with him to the branch. Then they did not close the fill on their side regarding the deposit. Overall a very disappointing experience.
I rented a car from Avis Menlyn and returned it on time. However, when I called regarding the deposit, they told me that the management has not closed the fill on their side. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.
I will never use Avis again. I rented a car from them and it had dirty seats. I wonder if they bothered to clean it before giving it to me. Very disappointed.
