I had a courtesy car from Outsurance via this rental company. The clerk on duty was difficult to understand and focused on a raft of telephone numbers to call in the event of accident or flat tyre or emergency as opposed to providing an efficient and timely service. The car provided was a Renault Quid which felt unstable on the road.
The only positive is the convenience coz the branch is near my area, and the car was fine. Otherwise I was not happy at all with the service I received, 1) the consultant who assisted me was not transparent with the info and it was only …
Still haven't received my deposit refund. Their customer care is non-existent. You hold for a whole hour then get dropped on.
