Waited an hour in the queue, only one person serving... and this was called Quickpath!!. Then was assigned a car with a broken off rear view mirror. Managed to drive out 2 hours after I got to Avis and missed my appointment.
Totally unorganised. Have local and international lines with corresponding desks. We're told by other customers to move to the local line as the international line wasn't serviced. Was charged a refilling fee after we filled the vehicle at the airport's Engen just before drop off.
Avis loves charging refuel charge and the supposedly petrol they put in regardless of you refueling at the airport garage. Adds about R200 on your bill - imagine how many people miss this money for mahala at this time - I am still waiting …
