Do not have your shoes repaired here. Had to wait for weeks. Very expensive. Broke first time I wore them again.
Very bad service. Can't even get a refund so have to leave my shoes for them to fix. Please don't come to this shop.
Very disappointed in extremely bad service. I handed in my Celinni Luggage in at Paarl barksole over a month ago with clear instructions to have the lock and slider replaced, paid a deposit and also sent the photographs with clear instructions. I have had zero feedback and when I phoned to enquire, I was told I must bring the luggage back, which will be ready in a week. I stay 80 km away, and I sent you the luggage for convenience. Your inability to understand and execute a simple task, which any first year engineering student can do, is shocking. I will never use your service again, and will gladly advise my 600+ staff to NEVER use your shop! Furthermore, I will copy this response on all your platforms. I will also not waste my time flying down to collect the luggage. To this day the luggage is still in the shop.
