The lady incharge of the elderly is very neglectful, she can care less if the old people are sick. People have been dying because she refuses them to attend the hospital appointments and collecting of medication. She must be removed immediately.
The residents are well cared for. The residence is clean and no unpleasant smells. Still the loneliness can be seen in the eyes of aged. They enjoy visits and having lengthy conversations.
