Very poor service delivery. CoCT are failing the community of Belhar big time. Do not be in a hurry when you come here. Clerks seem to work intentionally slow and are often standing around at the back chatting to each other. And then they close at 15h00!!!
The phone number does not exist. They don't have a opening time table...bad.
