Super friendly staff... My daughter loves her new library card and enjoyed the experience of taking books out by the library❤️
The Bellville Library should step out and have some children's reading sessions in the adjoining Elizabeth Park. The VRCID has regular cleaning sessions there. Also the Art School should consider some classes there too.
