I have not had a good experience with this organization. Mbalu who is a welfare worker does not investigate properly and the best interest of the children is not important. I find them ro be in bad taste and lazy to perform their dury to children inctrmdanger
Unfortunately the social ills in our society are so huge and overwhelming, that the Welfare workers are completely overworked and snowed under their workload. The result is that their work is either superficial, or neglected completely. I have not had a positive experience at this institution.
Overall, just a great and heart warming experience
