I came in and had a full meeting with one of the partners, Louis. He took all my SARS forms and was supposed to submit them in order for me to get my refund. Months went by, so I decided to check up on my refund because I had not received it. I called multiple times and left messages but nobody ever called me back. I ended up having to go to another accountant to get my refund sorted. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up from Bezuidenhout & Steyn.
