Terrible experience with Bicycle Express, especially Zain. I brought in my mother’s bicycle in May 2021 to get it serviced. Zain told me he could sell it for me. A few months later I’d not heard back from him. After trying to contact him multiple times, he finally responded and said he couldn't find a buyer. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and the false promise of selling the bike. I will not be returning to Bicycle Express.
