I have serviced my car at Toyota Sinoville for years on Saturdays (as I stay in Montana and work in Midrand and cannot service during the week). With the last 3 services I have however experienced issues: 1) Booked service but when I arrived, they had no record of my booking. 2) On a different occasion, they forgot to do the wheel alignment which I specifically asked for. 3) The last time I went for a service, they asked me to collect my car at 1 pm. When I got there, they had not even started the service and I had to wait for an extra 2 hours. These are just some of the incidents that have made me lose confidence in their service. Overall, I have been disappointed with the recent service levels and will consider taking my car elsewhere for future services.
