Need to have GPS systems for ground slot alleviate searching for containers
This place has to many managers some of them are only here for the money don't no nothing about the job, in the past going back to the nineties and eighties we were number one with good productivity and now that our managers are changed our terminal is going downwards.
System too Old.... this thing of as a driver you must look for your box is not safe you walking around the yard and machines are moving around, you don't even know where the box is... that is not professional in a 21st century....
