Charged R500 to service a reel. When it didn't work they apologized and said the parts were no longer available. They declined a refund. Daylight robbery.
Usually a good place to shop, usually good service but today there was a guy standing behind the counter staring at his phone with absolutely no interest in customers...literally ignored us when we asked a question. Why even be at the counter?
The best kept secret are their homemade samoosas!! They are to die for!!!! The shop is extremely well stocked although a bit overcrowded and staff very helpful
