So contacted Blue Frog twice regarding coming out to quote on a few things needed for my pool. On the first instance nobody came back to me and when I phoned again the said they don’t want to come into our complex because they’ve had issues …
Having the monopoly of being one of I think two pool shops in the area, means they control and regulate their own prices, which I find somewhat expensive. But, they are convenient for being the local provider of swimming pool supplies and some minimal jacuzzi supplies too.

Good overall experience. Friendly and professional staff. Wait time was reasonable. The shop had a clean and inviting atmosphere. The facilities were well-maintained and they had a good selection of products. I was satisfied with the quality of the products and services provided.
