The admin clerk at the front desk Mr Khumalo is so rude and disrespectful he has no regard for patients and looked very irritated at 8am in the morning as if he's over his job. He did not ask a single question nor explain anything. He has no manner of approach and I will be taking this further.

The staff at the Bluff Clinic Medical clinic were knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience.
