Amazing place with the BEST coaches! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, fun and challenging classes. I have never felt more comfortable in my own skin wearing hot pants in a group of people and also never had more fun exercising or felt more motivated thanks to this studio! Love love love my pole dancing classes ???? …
I have never experienced such an incredible group of instructors in my life! They’re so kind and supportive and always ensure that you’re comfortable throughout each class. I could not recommend Body & Mind Fitness enough :)
