I’m enjoying every minute of my workouts. Craig really understands my workout requirements. I’ve seen visible results throughout my sessions, even during the times I was unable to attend regularly. I’m loving my experience and my energy levels are at an all time high.
The BRILLIANT Aspect is that you work almost your WHOLE body for 20 minutes on 9 muscle groups. I DON'T have 3 hours to spend in a gymnasium. You can also usually Train - even if you have minor injuries - as the machine is Basically WHAT …
