Left my hotel looking for a cup of tea, and stumbled across this quaint little deli in BoKaap. The much needed tea I got, and the omelette was an added bonus... buttery, spicy and tasty, with sourdough bread! This place is cool, with soft soulful music and street side seating... just what the body and palate needed.
The food is awesome although it seems the kitchen doesn't do medium rare (the waitress also made a face because she doesn't like it and said so). The food tastes great, however it seems the kitchen cannot cope with large orders of 6 ppl or …
The food was fresh, flavourful and absolutely delicious. The creamy pasta was so scrumptious ???? not to mention the sticky wings, which they especially made spicy/hot on our request. Their baked cheesecake stole the show. Wasn't fast enough to take a pic of the pasta, which was eaten quickly after been placed on the table. …
