Bookdealers of Melville reviews

This is the only place worth going to in Melville, which has sadly deteriorated dramatically since my last visit. The book shop though, is a genuinely authentic representation of what a book shop should be, even with it's own resident cat …
Absolute gem of a store. Found some books I've spent ages looking for.
Spoke last week Friday to a lady on the phone, saying they buy second hand books on Wednesday's. Went there on the 22nd of March. First the lady that was there, without saying hello or greeting, just like the children of today that doesn't have a lick of manners, shouted not interested, go away when I walked in. When I asked about selling books they shouted back that it's Wednesdays. After me walking past the books very upset this person comes to me saying I can leave all the books to check and when a need arise they contact me. Another friend said they asked her to leave her contact details as they will most probably buy 90% of her books. Wow unbelievably rude!
